I'm occupied at present by proofreading the journal http://www.caworthington.co.uk/case1.php4, which is about the only work coming in just now.
I have also done a bit of medicolegal work this week for which I am having to investigate encryption and password-protecting of any documents that are sent electronically. I do like to keep learning - keeps the old grey matter going strong.
